Refund policy

Every STACKED lasagne is handmade to order in Bristol using fresh, seasonal ingredients. As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns once delivered.

Damaged, Incorrect or Unsafe Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not in a suitable condition, please email themondaypastaclub@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product, packaging and delivery box

Where appropriate, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit or refund.
