What is STACKED?

STACKED is a seasonal lasagne club from The Monday Pasta Club. Each month we create a new small-batch lasagne inspired by the seasons, made by hand in Bristol and delivered fresh to your door.

How often do the flavours change?

Our menu changes monthly. Each drop features a new seasonal lasagne, available for a limited time before we move on to the next flavour.

How many people does each lasagne serve?

Each lasagne serves two generously, making it perfect for a date night, a Friday evening dinner or a special meal at home.

Are the lasagnes delivered fresh or frozen?

All of our lasagnes are delivered fresh, never frozen. They arrive chilled and ready to bake whenever you’re ready to eat.

How long do they keep?

Your lasagne should be kept refrigerated and enjoyed by the use-by date shown on the label. Each lasagne arrives with at least three days of shelf life, allowing it to be enjoyed over the weekend through to Monday.

Can I freeze my lasagne?

Yes. You can freeze your lasagne on the day it arrives. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking and follow the cooking instructions provided.

How do I cook my lasagne?

Remove any outer packaging and place the tray into a preheated oven. Full cooking instructions are included with every lasagne, but most require around 50 minutes in the oven until bubbling and golden.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across mainland UK using insulated packaging designed to keep your lasagne chilled during transit.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are delivered on Fridays. You’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date when placing your order.

Is STACKED a subscription?

The STACKED subscription turns great food into a monthly ritual. Your lasagne is delivered on your chosen Friday each month, so you never miss a drop. You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time.

What if I have an allergy?

Full ingredient and allergen information is available on every lasagne and on our website. If you have any questions before ordering, please get in touch.

Why only one flavour each month?

We believe in doing one thing exceptionally well. By focusing on a single seasonal lasagne each month, we can source the best ingredients, make every batch by hand, and give each drop the attention it deserves.
